Due Dates and Renewals
By clicking on the "My Account" section in SWAN, you can see the due dates for all the items you've checked out, and you can renew all or just selected items.
If there aren't any holds on an item, it can usually be renewed for the same number of days as the original loan period. An item can be renewed online on or before its due date. Once you've logged into the "My Account" section, go through the list of "Items Checked Out" and click the box in front of those you wish to renew; then click on "Renew Selected." Or, if you want to renew everything, just click on the "Renew All" box.
If for any reason you are unable to renew your items, please call our Patron Services Department at 708-798-0121 ext. 236. Have your library barcode number ready when you call.
