The Power of a Plant Based Diet

Explore the power of a whole food, plant-based diet to prevent and reverse heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity, and become inspired in your own kitchen to implement a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains. This series is presented in conjunction with Vegging Out, the Homewood community initiative in support of a whole-food, plant-based diet, and member organization of PlantPure Communities, the national grassroots movement toward plant-based eating.
