Preventing Falls with Exercise

One of three over the age of 65 fall and thirty percent of older adults who fall lose confidence. This can lead to social isolation, loss of strength and balance. Participants of the workshop will learn exercises to increase strength and balance, observe techniques on how to get up from a fall and adult trainer, and learn tips on how to reduce their home environment to reduce the risk of falling.
