In contrast to New York School artists like Pollock, Andy Warhol responded to American popular culture and produced work inspired
by the slickness of commercial advertising. Art historian Jeff Mishur presents this survey of Warhol's career. In this slide lecture, learn how one of Manhattan's hottest graphic designers became America's first celebrity artist.
